FINNY named a Top 50 Firm to Work for in WealthTech

Search Chain Partners has named FINNY one of the Top 50 Firms to Work for in WealthTech, and we’re grateful to be included alongside some of the biggest names in fintech. This particular list is meaningful because instead of reviewing applications, it is self-sourced and relies on actual reputational analysis from months of conversations with founders, investors, and operators across the industry. Having our name included on open-ended questions about best places to work is a testament to everything we’ve done to build a culture that is collaborative, innovative, and most importantly, effective.

The company is the team

Product is no longer the moat it used to be. As AI allows faster-than-ever product and feature releases, any competitive advantage in the current release is ethereal.

The office and perks are also awesome

FINNY started in a Manhattan apartment, the east coast equivalent of the Silicon Valley garage. Once we outgrew that space, the next obvious step was to find a home that matched the relentless and innovative culture of the team, which ended up being a former artist’s loft in Chelsea.

We also make sure that everyone can keep their focus on their work, by offering great pay, real equity, benefits worth having, and a level of trust that lets people actually take their PTO.

We took the whole company to Canada for an offsite, held Knicks watch parties during the playoffs, have frequent happy hours, and hold a weekly company soccer game. Taking time to really bond makes us stronger, and enables us to go farther together than any of us could alone.
